Our Story
Cory McNeil is the Owner and President of FORMFIVE Design Build Inc.
Born and raised in Calgary, Cory’s career started here in Alberta where he entered the homebuilding industry with a design and architectural background, working with home builders and homeowners to design new homes and custom renovations.
In the years following, Cory then transitioned into a Design & Build role – overseeing every step of the process from conception and design, to construction and finishing work. His experience in not only designing beautiful homes and renovations, but also in managing the supply, construction, and trades involved with these projects, gave him a unique skill set.
When presented with an opportunity to relocate to the Caribbean, Cory spent seven years there using his skills to design and build beautiful spaces in that region. This international experience gives FORMFIVE Design Build Inc. its distinct advantage. By managing complicated projects, challenging supply chains, and complex builds, Cory has the ability to manage diverse, complex projects through to completion, and bring his customer’s unique visions to life; while also consistently meeting and exceeding his customer’s expectations.
Also during this time Cory took the opportunity to travel in Central America and the United States to seek out ideas and inspiration that could be applied to his work. Now, Cory and his family have returned to Calgary, and he is eager to bring the benefits of his experience and inspiration to customers in his home town.
